Jon Boaden

Jon qualified as a solicitor in 1990 and joined Mills & Co in 1996, becoming a partner in 1997 and, from April 2017, a director of Mills & Co. Solicitors Limited.

Work Types

Jon’s contentious work, in High Court and London Arbitration proceedings and in mediation, includes charterparty disputes, cargo claims, sale of goods disputes and ship repair disputes. His non-contentious work includes drafting standard terms of carriage, and drafting standard terms for the sale of goods.

Jonathan Cooke

Jonathan deals primarily with bill of lading, charterparty and commodity disputes involving LMAA, GAFTA and LCIA arbitrations, together with High Court proceedings. Jonathan Green

Jonathan advises on charterparty, international sale contract and bill of lading issues, and often on live matters involving two or more such contracts. Guy Mills

Guy qualified as a solicitor in 1991. He and his father Geoffrey were two of the three founder fee-earners of Mills & Co in 1993. Guy became a partner in 1995 and, from April 2017, a director of Mills & Co. Solicitors Limited.

Peter Sim
