Holly qualified as a solicitor in 2016 after joining Mills & Co as a trainee solicitor in 2014.
Work Types
Holly regularly advises on charterparty issues, including hire, demurrage, speed and consumption, and Inter-Club Agreement claims. She also handles disputes under sale contracts and bills of lading. Holly is experienced in High Court litigation, mediation and arbitration (LMAA, LCIA, GAFTA and FOSFA).
