Jessica is involved in international trade, commodities and shipping disputes arising under charterparties, bills of lading and sale contracts. She acts for clients in English High Court proceedings, as well as mediations and arbitrations ( including LMAA, LCIA, GAFTA, FOSFA and Sugar Association arbitrations).
