Jonathan Green
Director
Jonathan qualified as a solicitor in 1996 and joined Mills & Co in 2003, becoming a partner in 2005 and, from April 2017, a director of Mills & Co. Solicitors Limited.
Jonathan advises on charterparty, international sale contract and bill of lading issues, and often on live matters involving two or more such contracts. He has particular experience of dealing with issues arising under slot charter and liner agreements. He handles shipping and commodity arbitrations (LMAA, GAFTA, FOSFA, Sugar, LCIA, ICC) and High Court proceedings, and also drafts commercial contracts.
Jonathan has an LLB Honours degree from Cardiff University and a BA Honours (French and Italian) from Leeds University. Jonathan speaks French and Italian.
