During her training, Genie has acquired considerable experience of handling dry shipping and commodity disputes arising under charterparties, bills of lading and sale contracts in Commercial Court and arbitration proceedings (LMAA, GAFTA and SIAC). Genie also has experience of dealing with matters in the Admiralty Court. Genie speaks Modern Standard Arabic and some Lebanese Arabic, is fluent in Spanish and is a native Russian speaker.
Work Types
Genie is engaged in P&I, FDD, Admiralty and international trade proceedings, both in the High Court and in arbitration.
