Nicola Jeanes
Director
Nicola qualified as a solicitor in 1991. She was a partner at Rayfield Mills from 1997, joining Mills & Co as a partner in 2007 and becoming a director of Mills & Co. Solicitors Limited in April, 2017.
Nicola advises shipyards and owners on contracts for ship construction, conversion and repair, from pre-contract negotiations through to resolving any disputes which may arise. Her contentious work also extends to shipping where she handles MOA disputes and all forms of P&I, FDD and international sale contract disputes. She is experienced in High Court litigation, mediation and LMAA arbitrations.
