Alastair joined Mills & Co upon qualification in September 2011 and became a Director of Mills & Co. Solicitors Limited in 2021.
Work Types
Alastair's practice focuses on advising shipping and commodities trading clients in the English High Court and in London Arbitration. He advises ship owners, charterers, P&I Clubs, and traders in relation to issues arising out of sale contracts, charterparties, bills of lading and other commercial agreements. He has spent time on secondment to one of the world’s leading commodities traders and also at an International Group P&I Club.
