Mark qualified as a solicitor in 2004 and joined Mills & Co on qualification, becoming a partner in 2013 and, from April 2017, a director of Mills & Co. Solicitors Limited.

Mark specialises in all forms of charterparty and bill of lading disputes including cargo claims, cargo indemnity claims, Inter-Club Agreement claims, speed and consumption claims and debt recovery. He has handled hundreds of disputes in arbitration on LMAA terms and numerous disputes in Court proceedings in the High Court, Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court.

Mark has an Honours degree in Business and Law from University College Dublin.
