Malana has worked in the legal sector since leaving school. She worked as a paralegal in dispute resolution, sports law and high net worth divorce cases before moving into management. Malana joined Mills & Co in October 2026. She is responsible for the smooth running of the office and assists the directors with a wide range of matters including compliance, training, marketing, HR, health and safety and client management.
