Bethany joined Mills & Co upon qualification in September 2015.

Work Types

Bethany’s practice is focused on acting for shipowners, charterers, P&I clubs, traders and insurers in disputes relating to charterparties, bills of lading and sale of goods. She has also acted for clients on a number of casualty claims with particular experience of container ships. She has represented clients in various arbitration arenas and in High Court litigation before the Commercial Court and Admiralty Court, and also has experience of mediations and ADR. Bethany has also spent time on secondment at a trade association.
